Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

        You are eligible to request a refund if:​

  • The go-kart is unused, in original packaging, and in original condition.

  • You can provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, and or videos before and after opening the box).

  • Your item is returned within 3 days of delivery.

  • If your go-kart arrives damaged or is not functioning properly, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:

  • Go-karts that are used, damaged, or modified after delivery.

  • Items returned after 3 days of delivery.

  • Items are missing original packaging or parts.

Refund Process:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless we sent the wrong product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the return receipt.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified about the status.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
